Creative Commons Abuse?

Here's a lovely example of what looks like Fish Creek House taking content that is protected under a Creative Commons share and share alike license, without giving proper attribution. The original post is from well known speaker and author Kathy Sierra's blog Creating Passionate Users:

Now take a look at the post at INNside Innkeeping in Montana (click to view): Update Sept 5, 2007. Awesome, they took down the post. No more ripping off of Kathy Sierra. Kathy deserves better.

Check out the bullet points. Note that there is NO attribution to Kathy Sierra. Kathy has a Creative Commons share and share alike license on her site, which means you can repost her work, as long as you attribute it to her and it's not for commercial use.
